DIRECTIONS:

Apply to damp hair, leave on for at least 1 minute, and rinse. Finer hair types: use after shampoo + conditioner. Coarser hair types: use after shampoo + follow up with conditioner . For severely damaged hair, also apply to damp hair as a leave in treatment . Note: results are seen over time, so consistency is key!
